Bill is a native of Columbia Falls (CFHS ’67). After college (MSU ’71)  (UM '75)  he worked in Glacier national Park for 16 years, maintaining Going-To-The-Sun Road.

He became a Realtor in 1988, and a broker/owner in 1990. He has lifelong familiarity with the Flathead-Glacier Park-Middlefork areas, and offers his clients the benefit of that knowledge and experience. He has been a consistent multi-million dollar “top producer” since 1989.

He and his wife, Sarah, have established an endowment for the local schools. Their daughter Maggie is a graduate of Gonzaga University now employed in Portland, and their son Rob (Montana State University 2011) is working seasonally at Yellowstone National Park.

A Rotarian, Bill believes that business must be conducted with impeccable integrity and with the clients’ best interest being the foremost consideration at every step of a transaction. He likes to “get things done” and is always available for new clients.
